This register records current work in the Causal Resilience programme, which develops the Causal Governance Framework’s diagnostic foundations and approach to implementation.
Entries identify the programme, author and development status. Their inclusion does not establish publication, completed application or validation of CGF’s causal claims. The current work remains conceptual and developmental.
Part I of the Causal Resilience programme. Develops the diagnostic and conceptual foundations: why tightly coupled risks expose institutional design weaknesses, how causal pathways compound, and why the preservation of room for action matters before disruption becomes systemic.
Part II of the Causal Resilience programme. Concerned with implementation: how states, regulators, firms and public institutions redesign authority, decision-making, anticipation, optionality and legitimacy under pressure, scarcity, incomplete information and political constraint.
All entries in this register carry one of the following status labels. These describe the state of the work, not its evidential weight.
